At Axion Now, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective liners are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
